What brand of anti-seize?

I use the anti seize aluminum compound that’s rebranded in the Mopar bottle. Probably Permatex.
Why? Because I could get it from the stockroom at work. I’ve had the same bottle in my tool box for about 15 years.

Whatever you buy, it will manage to get all over everything in the shop as soon as you open the bottle! Lol!

Be careful using it if you are torquing to a spec.

You will need to lower the spec number because you are now dealing with a lubricated thread.
Some torque charts I’ve seen show a dry and a lubricated number.

Where I would use it would be on any nut/bolt that’s exposed to possible corrosion. Including the caps on u-joints. I got a buddy who runs a shop and uses Permatex Copper Spray-a-gasket on the rotor and drum wheel mounting surfaces to allow them to come off easier. With the heavy salt use in NE (CT more specifically), it works perfectly.
