You can test a spot and see what happens.... You're just kind of in a pickle... I'm trying to think if there's anything recommended for contaminated surfaces in automotive finishes.
 
Took for a short drive on some good old Alabama back roads running about 60mph trying to hit every pot hole I could.

Seems the Crown Steering and toe adjustment cured the occasional case of "the death wobble". Thanks to this forum for all the advice given so freely!!

That should have done the trick, maybe spray it a few times and let it soak..make sure you rinse good, and maybe even like Dawn soap after after the SG before clean water... wear gloves, finger prints will do that too. Even a light wipe of acetone before primer.

One key is degrease, rinse, degrease, rinse, degrease,rinse ...it's the rinsing that gets rid of it. And use a degreaser that rinses clean...the purple ones typically do, as they are often butyl base, and it's a waterborne solvent, plus they etch, because they have caustic soda in them.

Got flamed out.

Sitting in the Krispy Kreme parking lot with my wife in RC, it's outfitted with what the PO did , and has Chinese Halo knock offs , I keep them set on red. I don't know why.

Wife sees them in the reflection and haloshamed me.

Luckily @Hog's boy Leroy set me up with the app, so I switched them off.

I could have kept them on. I could have. I'm a man you know. I can run my lights however I want , my Jeep.

Later, gotta go do dishes.

Went for a long slow ride through all the nice neighborhoods so the wife could see all the Halloween decorations. It was amazing how much effort people put into making sure the little kids got their candy. There were lots of families out and one church had food trucks and wagon rides. Props to them!

We dont do Halloween in Australia, Marketing is trying to make it happen but its a bit of a Dud here!
