I had a dream about Jeeping. Then woke up from my cube job and drove home with the top down.
Dreams do come true.

Looks good Gene- this forum will be an ally to you as a TJ owner.
This forum will drain his wallet.
Did some clean up work after the last wheeling trip.
I demand a step-by-step tutorial of how you detailed the undercarriage. That looks incredible! @lrun

New o2 sensor seems to have done the trick, no CEL no codes and as of today's drive, all sensors are ready. Gonna pass my inspection tomorrow and finally get the title in my name. It is highly satisfying to take a jeep with issues that the PO couldn't resolve and thus priced it low, and then fix those issues with next to no money or effort. I have 2 TJ's and both were acquired in this way. I won't apologize. I figure I'm saving them from an eternity of rusting out on the side of some dude's trailer.
Awwww, I’m just the dealer of merriment
Replaced the unit bearings over the weekend and I swear it handles way worse now. It's like the sloppy bearings were counteracting some other alignment issue and now that the bearings have no play I'm bringing other issues to the forefront. I've never had a camber problem before so I'm going to get actual alignment #'s from Firestone (there's a jeep guy at my local shop) and see where we land.
I couldn't resist , know how you and John go back and forth .
I replaced the unit bearings in my son's jeep last week and thought the same thing. I can feel the little nuances that I didn't feel before.
