You put the t-case shifter on the wrong side of the tranny
New Napa Echlin crank position sensor for my 97 4.0 AX15. Cleared the codes. Started right up...no cranking for 3 or 4 seconds...so awesome it's not the pressure regulator in the fuel pump going bad.
Checked on the DEI sound tunnel insulation and it's holding strong after some snow wheeling and driving over a lot of downed branches on a trail...picked a few sticks and rocks out of the shovel.
Looked up and saw a wire that I have no idea how I missed it. Looks like a ground from PO installed something...harness has been remarkably intact so this is my first evidence of something being installed and removed.
Noticed a bolt sitting proud of the cylinder head and chased that for a bit...and the ground bolt on the back of the engine was loose.
Sprayed some break free on the howling AC clutch...Sanders has shipped me a replacement... didn't respond to my email so I hope it's the right part or I'll be hunting for a shorter belt.

That's not my jeep , Kiwi TJ must have done it. Never seen a t-case shifter on the same side as the parking brake handle ..... what's up with that ? LOL !
Tried out the injector cleaner setup. I used 9V batteries to activate the solenoid and then ran some WD-40 through them to check for flow and function. They seem to all be in working order. I’ll have to pull the others out of my Jeep and test them out too when I get the chance.
Bent my lic plate and installed an exterior thermometer.
We only have a couple bottles of tri-mix at work. We've switched to dual shield flux core for stainless & CO2 as a shielding gas.
Some kind of one off or a Frankenstein??
fan resistor swap out, ironically nailed the replacement item w/same mfg codes as the oem. Time to get out for a proper test drive

Hey were just funning with you Kiwi , he has a great since of humor and a nice looking jeep . He can't help it they make him drive on the wrong side of the road. LOL!
Got the old original Dana turdy5 out and time for the rebuilt Dana 44 to go in. Will be going back to disc brakes but I am either selling the Dana 35 with my ZJ setup and buying all new or if it does not sell for what I want with the discs, I'm pulling them to go onto the Dana 44. I also found out while pulling the drive shaft there was only 3 bolts holding it to the yoke on the TC side and one of them was finger tight!
Installed the rear adjustable control arms and installed a Savvy GTS.
In typical Jeep fashion, try to do one upgrade and find things that need to be fixed while youre there. When pulling the lug nuts to remove the tires, one grabbed the end of the wheel stud and stripped it like it was cross threaded. Never seen that when removing a nut.
Crap ok, so now I have to pull the drum to replace the stud, yup wouldn't you know the rear pads are down to 4mm - 5mm. Guess I know what I am doing tomorrow.

The last week had a tropical storm blow through it rained heavily every single day we had a breather from the bad weather today so grabbed a mate who is a bit down in the dumps and I went for some sausages on the beach…… look no snow 
You know, your tj has a way of letting you know when something needs looked at.
Hopefully you are not replacing the rear brake shoes. They are at best, maybe 1/3 used up. There is probably another 30,000 miles left on those.
Yep , this is what I have in mine .....love em !thanks buddy…. Can you please fix the foot pad on the ‘passenger’ side aswell lol. Bed rug don’t do one for RHD .. cheers
