What did you do to your TJ today?

Moved baby Boog to the front bumper!!!!!

1. Flushed the brake system. That completes everything with the brakes now. New rear drum components, new rear drum shoes, new rear wheel cylinders, new front BMB pads, new front calipers, new fluid. Yeah, these BMB pads have a ton of bite.

2. I really need to track down this transmission leak. This garage floor was clean just 2 weeks ago.

Honestly can’t understand why he would continually be pulled over for that plate. Little dicked cops?

Boredom, maybe hoping they find someone carrying illegally, I dunno...but it was definitely a thing. I think it's a cool plate but can't blame him for getting rid of it in the end, I imagine that gets old very quickly...

Underhood Light Upgrade - Had previously swapped my OEM underhood light to a full LED type of multiple rows of LED bulbs (which can you get from Amazon easy and quick or AliExpress cheaper and a few weeks) and then added a second over my ARB air compressor that is installed on the tray next to the brake booster un the engine bay; now I have very good lighting at night when I open the bonnet (mercury switches that turn on when the angle of the hood/bonnet is raised) and no more fumbling in the dark - the additional LED OEM style light and extension was purchased from AliExpress which is the same as the Amazon one and way cheaper (third of the price here in Dubai). Hope you find this useful.

That looks really tasty, though the Zimbabwe flag planted in the beefy goodness confused me a little...I suppose being in the vicinity, the cuisines might be similar?

I did wonder about the flag as well but once I started eating I forgot about it. 😂

I knew I would run into problems.

PO had put some aftermarket front sway bar end links when they did the 3" lift. Those end links were loose and going bad so I got some Zone Offroad front sway bar end links. I got the old end links off. I was trying to remove the bolt that connects to the axle, and the bolt isn't factory.

It looks like there is a bolt going from the right that then screws into a sleeve on the left. I've never come across something like this before, and I have no idea what this is called.

Any ideas how I can get this off?

That is fir a quick disconnect sway bar end link. Big pair of vice grips and either an impact or ratchet and socket on the nut.

Outer door handles and new hinge pins installed. Waiting on new interior handles (these were missing the driver's side) and wafer kit for the locks. Then I can button the doors back up. Wish I could find a set of the hard uppers with sliding window for a decent price. If I did, I might consider running these full time.
