What did you do to your TJ today?

Ok here's how it really went down, y'all know how @AndyG likes to embellish things.

First I have to drive like maybe an hour out of my way to meet him and guide him to where we were going to meet @tr21triton

We met up at the Flying J truck stop in Resaca, GA.

Then we leave and head to meet @tr21triton at the Walmart in Blairsville, GA. I led because I knew the way, kept having to slow down so @AndyG could keep up and not get lost!!!!!

We meet up with @tr21triton and head over to Unicoi Zip line adventure parking lot to meet @RangerTJ

Then we do like most jeep men and have a jeep measuring contest before heading out to ride.

@AndyG kept bragging how his Rubicon was just the bomb and we headed out to ride.

And bam here we are!!!! It's the bomb alright, blame thing almost tried to kill us all!!!!!

We get it all put back together and heck it even got the Duck approval award

Ya’ll can see what I endured. I knew if I fixed my Jeep I could eventually get away from them. That is motivation.

Clearly a harrowing experience involving a number of disreputable individuals, you were lucky to survive mostly unscathed. At the potential risk of being lumped in with the "perverts"...

...criminal ducking aside, surely some of them lent some muscle in the repair and moral support for your situation, and you didn't seem to have issues using the pervert @tr21triton as your errand boy for those new studs. I mean, they could've just run off and left you stranded, being the undesirables they obviously are... :sneaky:

Finally someone who understands!!!!!

But @AndyG being the narcissistic individual he is, will probably still point fingers at us perverts.

:ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

if we'd been in the woods of Alabama we would of left him. and about 10 minutes later he'd of been burning our phones up begging us to come back because there were some rough looking guys smiling at him saying they'd lost their goat and laughing !

I worked of and on ten hours putting a new cylinder head on my 2.5. Went really good all the way thru. Last hour my battery is dead so I get one. Fire it up and it runs good. Then antifreeze pours out the thermostat housing. Whats up with these Jeep housing bull shit. Done for the day. I think Im gonna buy a new one

That reminds me - years back, a dancer by the name of "Celina" and I would get into finger cymbal duels similar to this - during class! The teacher, "Dunia" would just let us rip for awhile before inviting us to rejoin the class! Good times, haven't thought about that in years.

New Jeep or a new T-stat housing? If the latter, it probably won't be much better than what you have now. See if you can sand it flat first and/or use Permatex on the damn thing. They ALL seem to have coplanarity issues, at least the 4.0 version.

Didn't even know that was a thing....and would've never guessed I'd see those words used together... :D

It probably wasn't until you got two good finger cymbal players in the same class. She and I have the same style of playing - she's known as the "Killer Ziller" (Zill=finger cymbal). She's better than me, but I could usually hold my own. Once in a while I'd have to ask her to "play that again?".

They're everywhere,
p.s. My monkey even had some when I was a kid. 🤫

Oh he disappeared and we had to drag him out of a bar.

As far as help, they stood their backseat wrenching and made it harder. I was ready to smack ‘em. It’s a wonder I made it home.

All that said, we had a great time. Really did. Love those guys.
