Finally replaced the exploded heater core… if you zoom in, you can see where the tubes blew out of the end plate…
Finding it hard to get time on my own Jeeps, but I started breaking down daughters transmission. Was originally just going to replace the pump, but I figured if you have the pump out you really ought to pull the front 2 drums and look at the frictions & steels.
Aaaaaaaand they are roasted. Not surprising given that it was basically running w/o fluid until the day I bought it.

Got my rims back to aluminum. Oven cleaner, pressure washer, lots of patience. Might be my favorite thing I’ve done to this thing
Slipped into a ditch big enough to swallow both pass side 33s yesterday. Oops!
Been having more rain than in quite a few years and the road to a local shooting range got eroded pretty badly. I was showing off for the gf and found out the bottom of the ditch was just goop. Thankfully there was a tree i could barely reach to put a strap around and do some pulls. Its times like those i wish i had 35s to get the diffs up a little higher!

She's always a good sport with winching and getting stuck.hell,she crawled through some brush to put the strap on the tree.
We were talking about building her a tj or lj and i was explaining pros and cons of having each locker engaged when it sunk
Removed the surface rust from the front of the frame in anticipation of the new bumper. Andy

Thanks! I took a chance and purchased a cheap unit from Amazon and I am completely satisfied. I wanted something with CarPlay, subwoofer output and a rotary volume knob. I also like that it came with a reverse camera and that I can customize the display on the screen. Here is a link to the product...

I used a Metra dash kit (95-6541) and painted it with Rustoleum 2x gloss black.
I have a similar Chicom/Andriod unit (Joying) if you haven’t already, email them for the latest firmware. It fixed all my CarPlay/Autoconnect issues.
Installed Rigid Industries 4" fog lamps. Rigid makes the Truck-lite head lamps so they share the same styling and light color.
