What did you do to your TJ today?

Installed a left over rock light from Nightlite as a front dome light. The light is actually around 6k temperature. My phones camera made it look more yellow.

Finally got my Toyota headlights for the wiring harness. For those who have installed the harness, how did you route the wire across to the driver side headlight?

IF someone wants the headlight assemblies (no wiring harness), if you pay shipping they will be yours!

Looking at your photo it looks like you added great rap handles to your Rock Hard cage ? Mine came with them welded in place on the same bars ?

Installed a Cold Case aluminum radiator this morning. I got tired of the cheap O'Reilly radiators cracking. A friend of my brother's owns an off road shop (Wheat's Off-road) and he highly recommend this one.

Install notes:
1. The Hayden extreme duty fan clutch (2791) will not work as it will hit the radiator. The stock fan clutch is only about 1/2" away from it.
2. The fan shroud nutserts are M6x1.0. The radiator doesn't come with bolts, so you will need to source them. I chose stainless.
3. The shroud will need new holes drilled a out 1/4" higher than the OEM holes. This will allow the shroud to sit where it should and not get hit by the fan.
4. The radiator has to come out to remove the fan in the future.

After driving it after the swap, it does run cooler. This week I'll see what it does when I get the soft top back up with the AC.

I added the CMM handles for a cage. When I ordered the Rock Hard cage, I called and asked them to not put the integrated handles on the cage. They were very good to deal with regarding it. It did take a little longer to get the cage, but only a couple days.

I got these CMM's with their mirrors for when the doors are off.

The family went out for a drive this afternoon and the Jeep never saw 200*F on the Torque app that was running on my double DIN radio. Before it would get to 210*F without the AC running with the factory replacement and the Hayden 2791 fan clutch. It stayed between 192-199*F. So far, I'm very impressed with it.

Is the Hayden 2791 not the HD fan clutch? Because I am running the same set up with what I was calling the HD clutch.

The 2791 is the "extreme duty" clutch. It is considerably thicker than the normal and heavy duty ones. The factory clutch I installed is only about 1/2" from the radiator.

Parts I ordered from Rockauto to get my Jeep running never showed up. They only had to come from NC. FedEx sent them halfway here, then back where they shipped from, then back on their way here again. My car has been in the shop for 3 days for a 3 hour job. Too many excuses for shitty service.

I'm pretty sure that's a 2791 that @PRND21 has in his pics
No clue. There's no way it would fit in mine with this radiator. I may look at converting to an electric fan to get more airflow for the AC. That decision won't be until I see how the AC performs with the thicker radiator and slightly lower air flow from the normal duty clutch.

I had the same issue installing a lift. Parts from the same place, fed-ex sent then stuff three different ways. The one went to Seattle, Sacramento (basically where I live), back to Seattle, back to Sac, back to Seattle and finally to my house. I was sitting in the garage waiting for one piece to arrive so I could finish. It was ridiculous.
