What did you do to your TJ today?

At this point the only things I haven’t done are welding/body work, transmission/ axle rebuilds. Clutches on the other hand I think are manageable

I don’t think I’d have any problems pulling it apart…. Putting it back together correctly without any bits left over is where I would come unstuck 😂

Somehow I managed to not end up with a single left over bolt on my rebuild, and I was terrible at labeling things in the very beginning LOL 😎

No bolts left over ??? You mustn’t be doing it right then… you should always have bolts left over, it’s like an unwritten rule 😂😂😂

Had some alone time this afternoon. Picked up some rags, a spray bottle of Simple Green+water and cleaned the engine bay.

It looks good!

I need to do that to my 2.5, it is wrapped in a cocoon of caked-on sludge. However, I'm convinced that all of the sludge is acting like a scab and sealing multiple oil leaks :D (not a drop of oil is on the garage floor). I'm waiting for a weekend when I also have enough time to replace the valve cover gasket and various grommets.

Here’s 2 though 6.

Went by to start it and let it run for a few minutes. Hopefully I'll be able to replace the sensors this week, if my back lets me. Still painful even trying to jump up in it.
p.s. It kills me not to drive it daily. Stress relief at its best.

Too bad not closer, I’d come over and help out.
