What did you do to your TJ today?

Mounted my Rough Country dual air compressor. Now I just need to wire it up and mount my small manifold for the new axle locker solenoids.

I had one of those little lumps that flash your brakes lites for you lying around for at least 10 years. Decided the Jeep needed it:

Glad to know I’m not the only one that’s just now getting around to installing parts that I’ve had for over a decade

I just opened the package of Savvy control arms I ordered in 2014. I didn’t realize inside the package I had about 15 stickers. If I had known that five years ago, I could’ve sold those for a fortune.

They're like $10, sold mostly for motorcycles - but I figure in today's smartphone addled world there's a slim chance that someone might notice a flashing lite over the top of their PHOOOOOONNE. ;)

I have actually seen several newer cars where the third brake light will flash several times when they hit their brakes. I think it’s a great idea, It definitely caught my attention. Whenever I figure out what I’m doing for brake lights, I will probably add one too.

It used to be illegal in Commiefornia on anything other than a motorcycle. Dunno if that's still the case or not.

My custom third brake light has the flash option. It seems to grab attention so I like it.

The newer cars are dealer add-ons that they charge out the ass for.

Yesterday, I replaced the seal around the liftgate opening on my hardtop. I had to buy 3 different seals to get one to fit. All of them were too long, all had the same part number, and the last one fit. It was a little bizarre.

Which one was the one that worked? Were all 3 from the same company?

I want my "ring of fire" to flash and be the last thing drivers see when they look up from their phone and hit the brakes. ;)

My wife recently made some ghost pepper hot sauce. I love it, but it is definitely on the warm side! I thought I was going to have to eat some jalapenos to cool my mouth off.
We normally do Carolina Reapers but couldn't find the plant locally. 1 pepper plant yields around 80-100 peppers each year. That's on top of the jalapeno plants.

I tried some Carolina Reaper hot sauce recently. Wow. Now that was hot! It was good, but definitely brought the heat! Hotter than the ghost pepper sauce for sure.
