Nice jeep dog.
She’s awesome. Terrible driver though
Hind legs to short?
Installed my Flowmaster cats, less the third one. The only difference in the '03+ kit to the '00 it went on was the third cat hanger bracket; it didn't line up. Luckily I had already purchased a 5' stick of 2.5" stainless pipe. I had been debating not running the third cat.

Started installing the Rough Country long arm conversation kit. And before I get hate for using RC, I have seen this kit best on and still runs great. I like their kit.

Unloaded and checked out the new axles. These East Coast Gear Dana 489's are nice. They have 4.88's and ARB's. The rear has upgraded SET20 bearings and disc brakes.
Can't wait until next weekend to get these babies installed. I don't have help this weekend and I'm out of town with work all week .

No, the 2000 TJ with California emissions (3 cats) doesn't have the flange between the third cat and muffler. It is a slip joint. When I put the Banks cat-back on, I had to find a flange so I didn't have to cut the flange off the muffler. I just adapted it to the pipe since I wasn't using the third cat.Did you just cut the flange off of old 3rd cat, that mates to muffler, and clamp on new pipe?

I had to make the holes elongated in this for them to line up.Got it. Do you remember what flange you used? I have banks catback as well and have been looking for that raised face flange to use at the muffler also.
Working out of it - F-250 in shop- boy howdy what a story ...
Do I love it - noooooo!!!
Trying to work out of a topless jeep is like studying for your finals in a nightclub.

It took a ton of trial and error getting one. I probably went through 5-6 before stumbling on that one. Thanks!!! I even called Holley to see where they sourced the flange for the3rd cat and the guy claimed they make them. I said great and tried to buy one, even offering him beer and lunch hoping to add some incentive but “there’s no part number” for that flange so all hope was lost and I never could get one.
