What did you do to your TJ today?

Only thing is I need to order the actual tire carrier.
Can anyone tell me if 33s will clear my bumper with an OEM carrier? Or should I go with the Rugged Ridge carrier (NOT the cantilever design one) that raises it up 2”?

I know I need the snubbers tight, may have to use a wheel-spacer, wheel backspacing may affect things, etc.
I just want to know if 33s will clear the bumper with an OE carrier and the MORryde kit, no other modifications or adjustments.

I've got the MORryde and OEM carrier and my 33" spare fits just fine. 👍

I had little success troubleshooting why my Bank 1 Sensor 2 O2 sensor is showing "N/A" on my scan tool. I'm just not savvy enough with the multi-meter to diagnose it. I see voltage going to it, but I'm not seeing its data change on my scan tool. I didn't see any frayed wires, but I didn't dig real deep.

So instead I decided to do a little internal carbon cleanup with some distilled water. My jeep logs lots of short trips at relatively low RMPs so the valves have prime conditions to develop excess buildup.

I removed the air handler from the top of the throttle body, ran the engine up to temperature, and used a pump sprayer to trickle in distilled water. I never let it bog down, just sprayed a few seconds then opened the throttle by hand up to 2200-3000 RMP. I did that for probably 15-25 minutes. I then took the Jeep for a spin. I purposely shifted at higher RMPs and it felt better going to higher RMPs than previously. Idling at lights also felt smoother than before.

Great success? I don't know, but it did feel better.

Someone here posted a link to a nifty little strap-on LED "dome lite", I bought one and got it installed:

Tapped in here - LEDs already in these foot-well lites.

Dim green helps finding it in the dark.

Blaze of white lite when on.

Put LEDs in the overheads while I was at it - the clips need to be squeezed a bit tighter for the smaller LED barrel diameter.

Side-to-side comparison, LED on left.

Pix are a bit smeary, thanx to super high humidity, couldn't keep the lens steam free!

Today I changed the Serpentine belt, tensioner/ idle pulley. Seems to have gotten rid of the squealing. Also went through a little bit of mud yesterday. (first time with a proper 4x4 and All terrain tires.)

Also.....Look at this beautiful rig man 🥰 Talked to the guy that helped build this thing and I closely assumed that it was about 450k invested......guy said 600k with labor which is ridiculous but it's a work of art man,you gotta see it in-person to just admire and appreciate the work done to it 😁

Alright that's enough😆,this may not even be the right thread for this but still awesome to see eitherway!

my jeep sits outside unprotected from the weather so the soft top has gotten dirty and has spots of what I assume are black mold stains. I spent time this morning scrubbing with diluted vinegar (1:3) and baking soda using a nylon brush. it made a noticeable improvement. doesn't look new but at least when you see it, you don't think "that needs to be cleaned".

My old golf cart had a white soft top and white vinyl seats. It was bad about getting mold and mildew stains. I found this stuff call Mean Green Mildew Destroyer at Dollar General. Worked great, couldn't believe how easily it removed the mold and mildew.

A photo would prove it 🤷🏼‍♂️
