What did you do to your TJ today?

Been awhile since I did a TJ project but did a relatively easy/quick one yesterday. Was extremely close to selling my hard top (sold 2 previously) but decided to hold on to it this time. Gave it a good cleaning and added some sound deadening and DIY headliner insulation. All in for about $100. Not bad compared to $300 Hotheads.

Took the front tires off (for the first time) to start on putting on the new brakes that came in from RockAuto yesterday.
Two of the nuts were rusted, cross threaded, and didn't fit in the socket 🙄
And then had to beat the tires off with a hammer. Will be doing antiseize on the reinstall!

Some teaser shots, sitting on its own weight, front come back apart finish welding rework some stuff long overdue on steering but light at end of tunnel for coilover swap and stretch. Hoping for a shakedown run end of year, gotta get bump stops and limiting straps sorted but should be driving in next couple of weeks. We went into this thinking front would be straight forward but ran into more head scratchers and pivots then the rear. Will do it all over again with a buddies next but excited to see it done.
