What did you do to your TJ today?

4 inch springs, longer shackles, body lift.

That looks like probably 4 inch springs and a body lift.

My Scrambler had 4 inch springs and 2 inch shackles. Drove perfect. I ran 35 12.50 15 on it.

The biggest problem is Flex you don't have that coil springs give you.

You just need to "tweak" those leaf springs a bit. (YJ);)

My yam pouch definitely isn't big enough to drive something that looks like that, and I'd like to think my brain is big enough not to allow that kind of thing to happen in the first place... :ROFLMAO:

I was hoping someone else was going to address that line of thinking...

Sprung over custom leaf packs, (waggy springs and YJ springs were all the rage for a while) will flex damn near as good as coils.
Biggest drawback to leafs is that sudden extra omf.. when the spring finally unloads and the shackle swings down it can make them a little more tippy... overy!!! :ROFLMAO:
 
Have any additional details on these mods? I have a Jackery and have been getting on well enough with a Yeti Roadie cooler, but would prefer more permanent options.

The battery is front Napa , Marine dual purpose AGM 750 CCA with 55 ah reserve . I mounted a 300 amp circuit breaker next to the battery and ran it straight off the battery with a custom piece of 1/8 inch steel to basically build a bus bar . Then on the fender well underneath the battery I mounted a 200 amp continuous duty solenoid that is operated by a switch in the dash that I installed just to the right and under the steering column . The winch and inverter are both attached to the solenoid. I didn't want the inverter positive or the winch positive cable to be live all the time . The solenoid control wire , #10 hot wire for the power port and the power cable for the inverter run across the firewall inside wire loom and to the inside through the rubber plug for the wiring harness on the driver's side . Then the positive cable and a #10 hot wire , inside wire loom , runs with the wiring under the lip of the body pan to the rear cargo area . It is covered by the plastic moulding. The negative cable runs down from the inverter through a rubber plug in the floor and attaches to the frame underneath for a solid ground . The inverter and power point are mounted underneath our cargo deck .
This is an 800 watt inverter that I had laying around . I may change it out to a larger one later if needed .
