Pinion kit rolled in yesterday, started to remove pinion but my puller will not work on yoke. Get one tomorrow. I finally picked up an 1/2 impact wrench on Amazon that uses milwaukee batteries.

Put the nut on a few turns then use a drift and a hammer on the pinion. The nut will keep it from shooting across the shop when the pinion bearing comes loose
It could be a bad ECM. The voltage regulator is built into the ECM.Checked my battery terminal connections and my grounds. I got a Check Gauges light and looked down to see that my alternator was overcharging. Everything was tight and there is no corrosion. Hopefully it doesn't happen again. If it does, I may finally purchase one of those high output green alternators.
Where did you get the shift boot from?
Yeah, I tried, kinda tough for me laying on my back with diff angle and not enough swinging room. All good, another tool in the box.

Can you please help me with some pictures of your supercharger setup?. I will start installing it this week and need advice with the vacuum / Boost hoses without the split second computer / vacuum lines.Oh boy I'm not sure where to even start with that one.
Mine is also an '05. It was my first foray into boosting a previously naturally aspirated engine and doing any kind of tuning. I never liked the way the fuel timing computer Boosted Tech provides worked. Eventually it started flaking out and running lean then quit altogether. I turned to tuning the factory PCM using HPTuners and running bigger injectors but the intake temps are just too high running a roots blower bolted directly to the intake. I now run meth injection to cool the charge air and it's still almost too hot.
I don't want to be a downer or discourage you but my honest advice would be to sell the boosted tech kit and make it somebody else's problem. And if you're really set on a boost build, go turbo or procharger. Something where you can run a proper front mount intercooler. Or skip all of the above and just do a stroker. If you're set on the boosted tech kit maybe install it as intended with the 7th injector but I'd want to install a wideband o2 sensor and boost gauge so you can at least see that it's enriching properly. Maybe you'll have better luck than me. Definitely mount the fuel/timing computer in the interior somewhere. And maybe ignorance is bliss with the IAT. I never would have known the charge air was so hot with the setup the way Boosted Tech runs it. I moved the temp sensor to the aluminum bucket between the supercharger and the intake manifold. The supercharger heats up the air massively. Those roots blowers are hot to begin with, not to mention the reverse flow nature of the 4.0 head It's just too much. And that little plastic Fenner Drive pulley they provide for the belt is garbage.
I also think if I were to do it over I'd just run an aftermarket engine management system like a Link or Haltech. That's what I'm in the process of doing with my old Celica now. Then you can find somebody local who's well versed in tuning those systems and can put it on a dyno.
As much as I like the supercharged Jeep and the blower whine and everything, any time somebody asks me if it was worth it the answer is no.

Cool. My youngest son was in the Navy for 9 years and assigned to the carrier USS Eisenhower in Norfolk. He got out in 2020 but still lives in Virginia Beach.
Those ships are impressive and massive!
Finished installing the center console after replacing the detonated NV3550 with a Novak AX15.
Then finally installed a custom Alcantara wrapped steering wheel I recv'd back in early November

It comes with the B&M shifter.Where did you find that shift knob?

I remember driving up to Alameda once to get a look at the USS Texas.
That's the closest that I got to a boat during my time in the Navy.
I spent my time in air-conditioned labs fixing nav/com gear for P3C's.
