The UCF no body lift aluminum one. I may be changing it now that I have a body lift.
Hmm keep a brother in mind if you do. I been thinking about that one.

Will do.Hmm keep a brother in mind if you do. I been thinking about that one.
Will do.
I really like it. I pounded it on several rocks at Coppinger Cove on Sherwin Williams and it doesn't even have a dent. And it is light enough to put it in by yourself without a jack.
Getting ready for January 11th mud/snow/ice fest i see![]()

Happy New Year !!
Had big plans to get up before dawn and watch the sunrise on 2025 but tropical winds were pretty strong this morning so had to come out about 9 am…View attachment 582728View attachment 582729
My new stove and Table worked well… although the Coleman seems to be difficult to get a low heat… more reason to practice more![]()
Gotta look pretty for my internet friends, and I ordered the same nano coating @tr21triton used over the summer. After our summer trip I spent the weekend+ cleaning the mud off and I think he just took a hose to his.
I heard they even though it’s a not BL lift a lift is still needed or “other” modifications are required. Did you have any issues installing it? I was thinking about the BL skid from them for my LJ. I am not sure I wanted a BL. Do you have their tranny mount too?The UCF no body lift aluminum one. I may be changing it now that I have a body lift.
I get your point.. but to dedicate a set of rock lights to that is like having a formal dining room that you use MAYBE twice a year.My take on that is to have good illumination if you have a flat and need to either change or plug the tire. *shrug*

Also did you install MML?

Yes, when I did the body lift, I installed Genright's 1" lifted motor mounts.
This is the one that I have.Thank you. So you were able to use the OEM transmission mount? Do you have an auto or manual? I have the 6sp.
And you didn’t need the MML until you did the BL? I was thinking the MML was needed to keep the engine and transmission at the correct angle.
I know I’d need a rear driveshaft.
If so this is good news for me. I may want to rethink doing the UCF no BL skid. I assume that picked up about 2” at the skid plate?
This is the one that I have.

I didn't have the body lift for a couple months with this one and no issues. I am running the stock transmission mount. I have a manual NV3550.
Yes, it picked up about 2" over the stock skid.
The mounting holes in the frame are in a different configuration.I just read the specs and it's for 97-02. Won't work on my 06, I may call UCF and see what the difference is.
