What did you do to your TJ today?

I fixed my leaky fuel pump, and so far, it had also fixed my hard to start problem! Fingers crossed, it also fixes my p0301 misfire, but I doubt I'll be so lucky. That is probably the coil rail. Already swapped plugs and injectors to see if the problem followed one of those components. It hasn't. Need to do a compression test, and if that is good, I'll pull the trigger on a new, Mopar coil...$$$

A new luk clutch pressure plate and flywheel... trans flush new transfer case chain and fluid new master cylinder. Unfortunately I had to rework the exhaust from the 1in mml I installed. This turned in to a two day event because I forgot about the clutch fork retaining spring... but it’s finally done and my tjs clutch doesn’t feel like I’m doing one legged squats in traffic now!!!

Changed my wing mirros but I may go back to the oem ones, finding these hard to get used to as I feel like I can see less especially when parallel parking.

Got one step closer to getting my winch setup being ready to go. Shipped out my wire cable and fairlead to a buyer on eBay and received my synthetic line and safety thimble in the mail! Just waiting on my winch mount and fairlead from AtoZ. Hope to get it on and to Redbird SRA next weekend!

I'm at about $170 in savings over the cost of buying a m8000-s and Safety thimble. Big fan of the military green line with my green TJ.

My wife and I booked my Son Ben into an Accident Avoidance Workshop to get him some real world driving experience. HIGHLY recommend this for us TJ fans with teenagers. Our XJ was the only conventional braking vehicle today and he really got to learn and experience hard breaking and sliding in a controlled environment. Anyone in the SouthEast with teens let me know if you want the contact info.

Installed a windshield tint strip that I picked up a while ago. Should have taken a pic outside but thought you'd enjoy a few shots with my garage as the backdrop. Easy install but I'm letting it dry tonight and it would have been a great night for a drive. Damn rookie mistake...

Curious, so I removed my chrome grill. I feel like I have removed part of my Jeeps Soul. Some slight scratches on the Khaki grill underneath.

Tough call, but I like the Chrome grill....it sets you apart from the others out there....I'm not a fan of too much chrome on my TJ apart from my grill.

Had a few plans for my TJ...Oil/filter change, Rotate the wheels, paint the rear bumper etc... but had to work right through, maybe this weekend ( by then I would have worked 20 days straight :( ) Roll on Spring time and it will still be daylight when I get home.
