I removed all the parts I could just left the main dash , washed , dry , wiped with mineral spirits , wash n dry again . Masked and painted with krylon Fusion Matt Black and Sunbeam yellowWhat did you do for the black? That looks amazing.
How was your Trip ?...didn't you say you were coming to NZ ?Came home from vacation and had to pick the Jeep up from the shop. My wonderful wife had a Rockhard sport cage installed unbeknownst to me!
Did the first oil change on the new gears. Installed the blue monkey and it actually matches the gps, within reason. Installed the Savvy gas tank skid. Removed the old rear bumper with tire carrier in preparation for the moryde & Savvy bumper.

Oh yeah all the way down there......that's about as far away from my city as you can get haha. Beautiful part of NZ. Have to agree with you about Fiji though, warm, clear water is hard to beat.Very enjoyable! Absolutely loved Queenstown and the Milford Sound. Some of the most scenic mountains I’ve been around. But the diving in Fiji beats NZ and Australia.
We spent three nights in Auckland. Not a bad place but it’s just another big city. My wife wanted to see the glow worm cave. BORING!!Oh yeah all the way down there......that's about as far away from my city as you can get haha. Beautiful part of NZ. Yeah you needed to get out to west Auckland to the beaches and the forest. We spent three nights in Auckland. Not a bad place but it’s just another big city. My wife wanted to see the glow worm cave. BORING!!
Bud I think we had 1/2 a free day while there. My wife had most of our time booked up before we ever left the states.Thinking about it..:BangHead: I could have taken you out to a few spots, depending on the day and my work.
They actually do used galvanized metal (in the tub, anyway). I'm with you though. Jeep spends the winter in my barn...away from the salt and crap.Took it off the road so the salt doesn’t eat it all winter. All non-Jeep people think i’m crazy for not using it in winter with all the snow we get here. If only Jeep used galvanized metal, oh well.
Finished Interior Paint
Had a real soft spongey pedal yesterday morning and found that passenger side wheel cylinder had a small leak so I pulled out ol big red and put the Jeep in her spot in the garage and turned on the heater for a nice n easy warm job. (Ended up swapping wheel cylinders on both sides)View attachment 67363View attachment 67364View attachment 67365
