What did you do to your TJ today?

Wow, those DO look good! I'm considering replacing my seats (whicha re the original sort of mixed color cloth, but still look okay) with someting tha tmateches the rest of the color scheme, but that's going to cost moulah. If those covers fit that well, maybe a nice set of neoprene covers will work. I'll check 'em out! Thanks!
FYI the Bartact seat covers are not neoprene, they are a fabric somewhat like what backpacks are made of. I decided to get something different than the Wet Okoles on my Tacoma...these are very nice seat covers, and have a lot of storage spots also.

Really liked the look of these, and damn are they bright

Put this tuffy glovebox in tonight.

If you buy this and find fitment/latching issues, a lot of folks will tell you to 'use washers on the bottom screws'. I used nuts instead and it worked well

Also, likely going to drill out these holes and bolt this thing in. I think these screws are prone to being pried free with enough ambition

Pulled the Atlas to replace input shield. Waiting for parts from Advanced Adapters.

Repositioned the auxiliary trans cooler to passengers side--Nth stinger was hitting at full (off road, off camber) stuff. Reinstalled front tranny cooler because even though Derale tech said theirs could do the job by itself it did not. No tranny temp gauge installed but it got so hot it went into limp mode.

When Blaine was installing the Vanco brakes he mention that one of my upper ball joints " wasn't happy." He was right and when I finally got in there the bottom one wasn't happy either. Replaced both.

Received replacement MFS connector from Daveys Jeep. Now I just need to splice all 20 wires into it.

Got all newly refabricated hydro boosted/power steering lines made. I had been using the lines from the donor truck and while they did work they were all over the place and looked like shit. Unfortunately I have a ass kicking cold and am too fracking sick to do anything but pick on Chris ;).

Jug extraction, fixed the gasoline fountain, found and killed a squeak, put up the top for a wash and plexus, and finally put the top back down and removed the doors. Love this November weather!

You're brave to paint them in the house!:)

What type of side bars are those?
Hah! I'm good, but I'm not *that* good... I'm just letting them cure in the house since we get a lot of overnight moisture outside from the ocean.

Those are Dropkick Slyders from Detours USA - a business run by a guy in Kentucky. He makes them all by hand and ships them ready to paint.

They are really great bars, and he will make them with an offset to account for body lift etc.

I am very interested in a better look at those Dropkick Slyders. Can you get some photos of the install, and how they look post-installation? I like how they mount.

Do you know the weight of the pair? Thanks.

I installed two more ammo cans in the area behind the rear seat....brings the count to six ammo cans so far...I still have two more to install. To date I have 20MM ammo can center console, left front fender (in front of door) I have a .50 cal box on the opposite side I have 223 ammo can, in the rear I have 2 1/2 ton map storage container and just put two more 223 ammo cans. I still have two 40MM ammo cans to install gonna wait till I get creative of where I want to place them.

This thread is worthless without pics
