What did you do to your TJ today?

Finally got around to installing my Noico sound deadener in the LJ. Haven't been at highway speeds yet but so far the difference is amazing at 0-30 mph!!

Looks awesome! I did that this past summer, and the sound improvements have been amazing! Used the same brand, but I used the black sound deadener, and then covered that with the Noico waterproof sound deadener, and then covered everything with BedRug in the front and in the back. Road noise has gone way down, especially at highway speeds, even with my soft top.

Like that a lot. Can you tell us which one it is?
The LED light i used was a cheap day time light kit that I bought off Amazon i believe. I bought a handful of them as they were so cheap. I Iiked the possibilities these thin yet bright lights offered. At less then 3/16 thick, you can mount them just about anywhere.

I installed an adjustable pin switch mounted in the hood. This is what the ground wire attached to. As the hood already has a grounding strap installed, this makes for easy ground connectivity.

I ran the positive wire down the hood brace and connected it to a power wire off of my 2nd battery. I'll add some wire loom or may change the wire out for a black wire to hide better later.
The lights blend right in under the hood and aren't in the way at all.

Very simple but will answer any questions.

Spent the last few weekends prepping and POR-15 some spots on my frame when it was raining. Finished up today by putting the wheels back on and noticed the boot on my right front linkage arm is torn. Pretty obvious when greasing my lube points. See picture. Wouldn't it be easier to just replace the boot vs. change the bushings/linkage?
