What did you do to your TJ today?

I like the white letters out on these old Jeeps. Makes me think maybe I should swap mine.
I am thinking of pulling the Yellow letters off Sport and going with Red, yellow has been on long enough

It’s been a long few days… My son called me Wednesday morning at 5:30 am to tell me that he was on the side of the road and that his 03 KJ had overheated and was missing real bad… Took him some water and got him home and found misfires on cylinder six… popped the valve cover on the 3.7L and there it was… the first sign of the dreaded dropped valve seat…. By Friday afternoon got the heads off and took them to Holcombe’s machine shop in Amity Ar…. on the way we stopped to take in the Caddo river… Supposed to be ready to pickup Monday… I’m getting to old for this!

Speaking of interesting and exciting things to do, started installing the Smittybilt XRC cage kit.
This kit doesn't included the header bars so I bought the Poison Spider ones. Of course they come raw so I had to do some painting.

I’m slowly getting away from the basic black accessories look on all of my vehicles and bringing a little bit of color back. So far I’ve been happy with the results

We were planning to go, but got some house parts being delivered. We were going to get a room within walking distance so I could drool every day. There are so many fine old jeeps there. We just came back from Gatlinburg last weekend.
The traffic is bad, really bad so walking there is faster than driving. Next year we will be there!
