Nice...
You've got the 6.4L big boy HEMI..
Can't compete with that, mines just the 5.7L..
What headers are those and do they have the proper turn down for use in the TJ.?

This might be a dumb question. But is it possible to throw that 3.0l Whipple supercharger on top of those in a TJ or LJ?
Swapped out my old tube bumper with a new Motobilt Crusher.Going to swap fog lights eventually.

Started out almost identical to yours. ‘06 5.7, bored and stroked. It actually measures out to 398ci, but calling it a 398 is not nearly as cool…
IIRC, the headers are JBA’s. They have a turn down that works for the TJ, but it was still quite challenging getting the exhaust to clear everything. The exhaust was by far the biggest challenge of the swap.
These came in today , calipers will be here Wed. and I don't know when I will get the rotors and pads. The backing plates are nice , glad I didn't get the used ones even though they would have been a lot cheaper , I don't think after all the work it would take to get them to look this good would have been worth it.
Glad I went the way I did. Wonder why they only sent 2 bolts for each of them?

The bolts just keep the two pieces together. You won't be using them.
Oh Really , I didn't know that , I was pulling some backer plates off a Liberty and they are one piece , I knew I would have to re-drill them a bit to get them to fit and that turned me off on them a bit.
Also I thought they would look to be in better shape . I sure didn't notice in any of the videos using the Grand Cherokee backers it being two piece as they mounted them . Guess I will re-visit them ! Thanks for the heads up and I guess I will need different axle studs for the disc as I bet the drum ones will not work.

You have 77 pages of reading to catch up on.Also, what radiator are you using?
I based my post on the pic you posted of what showed up. Zooming in it appears those are 2 piece.
I’d like to thank global warming for providing a sunny day with temps in the high 70s so I could install my new top.
