Reassembled the front axle after seal replacement. Whoever installed the air locker and gears is an idiot and I'll be doing a complete gear setup at some point in the future but it's good enough for now.

Installed new fuel pump and reinstalled the gas tank.

inatalled the new injectors and reinstalled the fuel rail (somehow lost one of the injector clips ).

Tomorrow: fluid changes, steering parts and maybe brakes.

Got tired of my door straps ripping so I finally made some from para cord.

Lost idler pull on the way to work this morning so brand new pulley installed! Hope that’s is the last thing I forgot to tighten on this new motor.

For the first time since I've had my Jeep (about 10 months) all my speakers are now working! I finally got around to getting some new front speakers. I can't wait to actually be able to hear the radio more than just at red lights!

Got the driver side Dinamatted, but need to order a couple of pieces to finish the passenger side

started on a custom shift knob out of Walnut, need to finish sanding it out
then finish it with polyurethane

Installed my front diff skid plate, filled both axles, added fuel and fired the engine, changed the oil and filter and got the new rear lower arms put in.


Why does Skyjacker even make this crap?

Installed a 2200 uF Electrolytic capacitor and diode in to the switched acc line just prior to the Pioneer stereo headunit to keep my bluetooth connection alive during key switch movement

it dampens vibrations, it is amazing how much it cuts down on road noise to allow you to hear the music.
when I did it to my son's jeep, you could actually have a conversation at highway speeds
