What did you do to your TJ today?

This is more a “for my TJ” than to it, but I worked to prepare my new to me dirtworx bumper for paint and install this weekend.
Fortunately @strumble8 did a great job on the initial paint and care, so it’s been an easy prep job. Hopefully I can emulate the work he did!

I went to Core 4x4 and picked up my new arms, Spence the owner pressed in the synergy DDB's for me.
Replaced carrier bearings.
Installed Powertrax NoSlip.
Easy Peazy.
The HF bearing tool is actually decent enough to pull the carrier bearings. And can be used to install the bearings on the ring side.
Used my new OTC ball joint press to press the other side carrier bearing.

Found this dude in my tire yesterday. Maybe 400 miles on the set.
So I come out this morning to center the jeep in the driveway to swap the spare in, start replacing u-Joints, and bleed the last of the air out of the brakes, and it won't fire right away.
Pops engine codes P0016, P0113, and p0340.
Already swapped CPS (Mopar) and OPDA (Crown), keeping the OEM cam sensor.
Pull it to inspect and find this little dude on the magnetized tip.
Maybe picked it up when I layed it down during OPDA swap...
Fires fine now.
Edit: P0113 is from leaving the IAT unplugged on the air intake tube. Doh.

Even tho it didn’t really need them..... 
Lowered the tire pressures from a spine-breaking pre-purchase-of-Jeep setting of 40psi to a more pot hole survivable 30psi.
And replaced these rusty chrome-tubes-(mostly)-painted-black bars:

Rampage Products 26625. Made in China. I'd forgotten that smell when you open those boxes. Not awesomely sturdy, but maybe Ok. I like the distance of the drop and the amount of away-from-the-body-ness that these have. Usable for now.

You did a great job on that platform. Where it extends over the rear seat foot area, does it have any support under the platform? What were the overall dimension and how thick is the wood for your platform? Lots of tricky cutouts.
finally got the stick-shift knob replaced and the cover replaced as well

I picked this up today for the knuckles and hubs...cheaper to buy a whole diff then try to piece it together.
Don’t know I haven’t seen any. I’d suppose you would have to find orange LED bulbs

Between chores and the kids, I did some more work on the ammo box on the weekend...almost ready to paint now... then went for a drive as the warm day continued into the night (8pm and 71 degrees)...doors off, roof down...ahhhhhh perfect !

I pulled the oil pan the other day and found two chucks of metal from #4 piston skirt. Time to rebuild it or buy a reman
