While you were there you should have gone ahead and replaced the tensioner pulley.Changed out the idler pulley and a new belt. Picture isn't the greatest but I couldn't say I did it without proof! View attachment 233455

I can answer that. Yes
Good to know. Thanks.Yes. Some of them changed slightly over the years. They are from the 2006.
Which ones did you get?Ordered and installed the OXILAM 1156 LED Bulbs for the reverse lights, per a recommendation from someone here.
They may not be as bright as the seller claims, but for $15 these are a HUGE improvement.
Thanks for the tip! (Sorry can't remember who it was)
I briefly considered it but I figured why waste the money, mine is fine...for now at least . Hope this conversation about it doesn't jinx it! Without bad luck I'd have no luck so it will probably go on me real soon! While you were there you should have gone ahead and replaced the tensioner pulley.
What size tire?Re-geared from Factory 3.73 to 4.56! in the process discovered a seized u-joint on one end of the front axel... no wonder the steering was tweaky!
now trying to figure out the right speedo drive gear!
33's... looking at a 39 tooth speedo gear... drives like a dream now! What size tire?
Same setup I'm running.33's... looking at a 39 tooth speedo gear... drives like a dream now!

Rear axle only held in by brake line and breaker tube. Lubing the brake fitting with Kroil overnight. Considering a full SS replacement on the brake lines so that may be irrelevant.
I won't be reselling the lower control arms. Lol.

Clearly tried the grinder. With the axle out, I should be able to get the sawzall in to get this frame mounted piece out. Diablo sawzall blade well worth the cost. Did the job clean and quick on the axle end.

IF you didn't throw away the old idler pulley; you can replace the old bearing and keep the old pulley as a spare.Changed out the idler pulley and a new belt. Picture isn't the greatest but I couldn't say I did it without proof! View attachment 233455
