Just put on 35s and did the zj steering upgrade a week ago. I was supposed to have the diff work done first but elockers and other supply interruptions have caused me a bunch of issues.Nice. 33s or 35s?
I had my 4.56s and elockers installed in Jan. Still in the breakin period.Just put on 35s and did the zj steering upgrade a week ago. I was supposed to have the diff work done first but elockers and other supply interruptions have caused me a bunch of issues.
I plan on doing the 500-1000 miles in a few days. In theory it's about 10-20 hours.I had my 4.56s and elockers installed in Jan. Still in the breakin period.
I couldn't even climb into my jeep for 2 months. My back wouldn't allow it.I plan on doing the 500-1000 miles in a few days. In theory it's about 10-20 hours.
haha...snap....I took the Jeep up to GSMNP with the wife to sit and soak up some Nature. A bit cool to start, but it was worth it the rest of the day! I also managed to install some door hangers in the garage. They hold the door by the window gasket, jury is still out on this one. I will say, for the small lip they hang on the doors are extremely stable.

Love the red of your rig !That looks like a Tomken winch mount, that is what I have, I like the simplicity of it. I welded a rectangular piece of tubing to the top bar and mounted some rectangular lights to it, sturdy and works well......View attachment 239817
Nice! I didn’t stack mine as you aren’t supposed to move rocks in a National Park, but I will always take a picture of them. Looks beautiful there!
What's with all this stone stacking thing? I have noticed it in Australia everywhere over the past few years! Is it a "Close Encounters" mash potato mountain obsession sort of thing?
Lol I’m not really sure. I have some hippy friends that do it, other than that I’m not too sureWhat's with all this stone stacking thing? I have noticed it in Australia everywhere over the past few years! Is it a "Close Encounters" mash potato mountain obsession sort of thing?
Off topic! That’s what your TJ did to you today...I drove to the grocery store this morning and on the way home I got the dreaded P0306 error. The Jeep wouldn’t go past 3k rpm and it was running rough. I stopped at a local shop and grabbed a set of plugs and that seems to have fixed the problem. Fingers crossed.View attachment 242458View attachment 242466
I'm cleaning out the frame and looking for the "bad rust" to check and see what I need to patch and reinforce. Last week I started correcting some of the "fixes" the PO performed. The driver's side rear horn needs to be replaced. Yes, I did that today, checked, looked at wallet, ordered patch parts.Started cutting out a chunk of frame to put in a rear control arm patch.
