Cheers! Getting some spotlights for the front bar soonGood looking Jeep and front bumper....
As long as they don’t need adjustment, you need to paint them on the doors, that’s how the factory did them,I welded up the mirror holes,we run door off mirrors all the timeI tried to break the door hinge bolts loose with my Amazon wonder tool, aka manual impact driver. No luck, ratcheting impact wrench from lowest to highest setting didn’t move those bad boys a bit. Guess they I’ll get painted on the doors. Also, simplified and removed her a

Which mirrors are those, I've been looking at getting a pair of door off mirrors and I like the quick disconnect ones like that. Also your jeep is beautiful, that's gotta be the best tj colorAs long as they don’t need adjustment, you need to paint them on the doors, that’s how the factory did them,I welded up the mirror holes,we run door off mirrors all the timeView attachment 246864

Love you rig, right now they both work fine. Drivers side could sit more flush, but I think that’s is due to the door seal. It is also really close to the windshield frame, but doesn’t rub. So long as the passenger door has no issues when the new deal comes in we will be good to go!As long as they don’t need adjustment, you need to paint them on the doors, that’s how the factory did them,I welded up the mirror holes,we run door off mirrors all the timeView attachment 246864
Wish I would have known that a couple of days ago, I could have sent you one. All mine got trashed.Swapped out the junk Rough Country shocks with new Rancho RS5000x shocks. Good part... much better ride. Bad part.... I got jipped out of a decal in one of the boxes.
I use brush-on rust oleum because I’m terrible at spray paint.Who ever figure out the Krylon semi flat for the frame pegged dead on. Thanks

Found some rust flakes inside my frame. Trying to scrape it all out and power wash before treating it with some Eastwood internal frame coating. $30 a can and have to wait a week for shipping. I wish they sold something locally to stop rust and get inside the frame.

I looked for your mounting bracket, but was not able to find. Where did you find it ? Thanks
Make sure you try your uppper door first too,if you heed to get the screws out jus heat the bolts with a torch, they have lock tight on them, get your locks rekeyed while they are outLove you rig, right now they both work fine. The only thing I haven’t tried is heat at this point, after pounding on them with an impact, manual, and drill those suckers won’t budge. The uppers work, but I really had to slam the doors to get shut, the seals don’t sit just right. Honestly, I’ll probably sell the uppers as I’ll never use them.Make sure you try your uppper door first too,if you heed to get the screws out jus heat the bolts with a torch, they have lock tight on them, get your locks rekeyed while they are out
I said the same thing. I used some on another Jeep and it was around $15 a few years back. I wish I could find something cheaper that would do the same thing. NO MORE MUD for me. I think that's what trapped the water inside the frame. I've been flushing, scraping and pulling out rust with a magnet and it's pretty clean now. I got about a "dime bag's" worth out. I guess that's $50 these days.$30 a can, what the fuck? That has gone up dramatically, I pumped about 6 cans into my frame a couple years ago & I swear it was half that price.
