What did you do to your TJ today?

No it has the connector about 20 feet on the other end. I was under the dash and was supposed to cut the "black" wire to connect a ground. Both wires were black and I failed to pay attention to which one, as the right one was not in my face and the wrong was was right there. My brain jumped the gun.
I bought mine a baby brother today. 2004 Sahara Edition.103000 miles. 4.0 straight six auto. Old mans car for an old man .

Nv3550 fluid change...consider this $13 transfer pump- about 5 pulls and pumps and you are done, clean way for doing it alone -approved by Buddy the Heeler.
1/2 door lock delete, locks were gone and I wanted a finished appearance

You don’t understand. I am an old man and years of driving and bouncing around in Jeep’s is why I needed this one. Bought my first in 1978. CJ 5.new off of the lot.

I bought and installed the EAG Safari tubular doors with the side mirrors. from Amazon. No fitting problems, pleased with them. Also installed DOT approved 7 inch LED headlights. Pleased with them as well.
I finished up priming and painting the rusty area of the frame where the New Venture bumper braces will install. Also did some priming/painting of other portions of the frame. I need some hardware I bought from boltdepot to show up before I can re-install the rear bumper, although the braces themselves included (nice!) hardware so I can install them when the paint dries (read: tomorrow).

It is a modified stock sport bar. It's an old kit that OR-Fab used to sell. I bought it from a guy I wheel with for $200 and just cleaned it up/painted it.
