Can’t say for sure without seeing the obligatory frame photos.

Seems like a fair price.. but I have a water front property for sale for 60k…lot of details make the difference between this being a good deal and this being a crappy deal..!f the frame is solid.. The motor doesn’t smoke.. the engine doesn’t knock when your start it up .. it drives and shifts correctly and the oil isn’t the color of chocolate milk.. then yes.. probably a decent deal..

In 06 an SE could be bought with a 4.0, they were automatic with a Dana 35.

Based on prior experience, I would never entertain the idea of a buying a 15 year old vehicle that was run for 160,000 miles in the north east.
