What is the correct part number for a SKIM key?

I recently purchased a 98 TJ, and it only came with a single, very worn key. I went to the dealer (Santa Monica Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Ram) and got a new one cut by VIN. They said it needed programmed.

After the raping at the cashier ($136 for the key and $285 for the programming) I have a second working SKIM key. And the part number on the invoice is 5018869AD.

The key has the modern Chrysler script logo on it, instead of the period-appropriate Pentastar logo.

The PNs version is up to AD.
When I had additional keys programmed by my dealership tech friend; the PNs were moving to AC because the AB PNs had chip problems.

I just noticed as well that the PN I have ends in 869, rather than 699 like the PN's mentioned at the beginning of this thread. I wonder if there's a way to decode this?
