What size are the bolts that hold in the roll cage?

Hello all and it’s great to be a part of like minded peeps. I’m working on 2000 TJ and replacing the rear floor pans, completely rusted out! The bolts that hold the roll cage are in pretty bad shape, but the bolts are discontinued. What size bolts are they? 10mm 1.5 or 3/8” 16? The bolts I have fit both dies!!

I should also add, I am replacing all of the floor pans and the mounting rail both side. It will all be brand new underneath.

Thank you, I just wasn’t sure because both the 10mm 1.5 and 3/8” 16 die fit the bolt. The bolt was quite rusty and missing some meat on the thread. Thank you

Does that size bolt the same as the bolts that hold the front roll bars to the windshield? I'm doing a similar roll cage exchange in my 98.

I'm fairly sure the bolt that connects from the front of the side roll bar to the windshield is M8x1.25x25mm.
