    IMG_3657.JPG I would probably have a grand wagoneer, I see them in good shape now and again and would love to own another one.

    I have a '90 Dodge/Cummins 2wd with an automatic. It's the last year of no overdrive (just a beefy 727 Torqueflite), no intercooler, and no airbags. I have around 410,000 miles on it (bought it with 72,000 on it), and it's the best damn vehicle I have ever owned!

    My '89, 5 spd Stang. Packed with a 347 and endless list of mods. Owned it since 12/99. Interior is pretty much gutted out and have 2 racing seats and dash. Beast of a ride.

    No need to get upset. When I couldn't not afford a tj, I scored my mustang.

    Thanks and it's my favorite body style. Every summer I get a hand full of people trying to buying off me.

    No worries. When the beer is not working for me, I switch to hard liquor lol.

    I always liked it when someone loaded a "box top" Fairmont with the GT goodies, too. Fox bodies are great for mix n' matching, and thus some awesome sleepers can be created!

    That's how I scored my license plate, drunk as a skunk and on a bet. Applied online for personal plates and was shocked when it got approved by the state lol.

    They make awesome sleepers. My rear end is off a 88 turbo coupe, 5 spd. Loaded with 3.73 first gear and disk brakes. Slapped a Detroit locker in it and it turned into a bigger monster.

    ...If I couldn't own a Wrangler...
    That's easy... done it;
    A CJ-7 or CJ-8; with a modified SEFI late Ford Explorer 5.0, 4 wheel disk brakes, modified Scout axles, ARBs, 4:1 transfer case gears in the 300, 5 speed manual tranny w/4:1 first, high compliance springs etc. etc.
    I don't believe that I would go for tires bigger than 33s the next time around though. (legs are too short, making highly lifted vehicles a PITA for daily driving)... At this point I am not convinced that the Rubi was/is much, if any, of an improvement...

    Enjoy!
