I use the Bestop Trail cover with door flaps. Used on my JKs and now have one for the TJ

As stated, there is no better cover than RainGear, which is Made in USA.

I have a Rain Gear cover as well. Well made. I like it. Half my garage is full of shit and the other half is for the Queen's car. TJ is parked outside under a carport

Rain Gear has two covers. One cover is for when the soft top is completely removed and the other is for when you leave the soft top on with windows removed.

I have a Rain Gear cover that has served me well, it is the one that covers the rear tub and windshield.
The cover I have is the MOPAR for my JT... it just so happens that the TJ cab is just a hair shorter than the cab on the truck, and I can use it for either Jeep
