What is the best brand of matching spray paint for a TJ?

I actually just did this today with a grinder, 1000 grit sand paper, duplicolor (color matched) and 1k clear. All from Summit (it's like one exit up). It had a chrome grill overlay on it and it rusted the center of the grill pretty bad. I didn't think to take pictures until after I ground it off, but whatever. You can kind of see it in the first image. Turned out good I think. Just be careful with the clear- it turned out better than the rest of the jeep. I had to overspray the duplicolor back over it to dull it down a bit. I'm tempted to hit the paint chips on the hood with it.

Jeep has 4 painted black wheels but the spare is still silver. Does anyone have any recommendations on what to use?
 
I really don't think there's much difference. I used duplicolor on mine bacause they carry it it O'Reilly auto parts right down the street, but it's only been a couple months. Not long enough for a real evaluation. Most any rattle can company makes wheel paint that should be fine.
