Anyone know what to Torque my Spacers and Tires to?

I recently got a 2001 Jeep Wrangler TJ. It came with 33x12 tires that were bald. I picked up a set of JK Wheels with Goodyear Duratrac Tires that have some tread life left for the price of a single new tire. So I am acctually downsizing my tires from what is on the jeep now. I have a set of 1.25" spacers to mount the JK wheels to the TJ but I don't know the correct torque specs. Need some help with that. The axles are the typical Dana 30/35 combination.

Installed them this weekend. Used the instruction at the link from CodaMan above. 97 ft.lbs. was what the instructions said. Only issue is that the rear drum brakes did not have enough turns on the bolts that mount the spacer to the drum. When I do the brakes (soon...) I'll replace the bolts with longer bolts to address that.
