Where does this plug into?

I’ve sent my 05 Willy’s to get the cylinder head inspected and they’ve said they cannot figure out where this plugs into…. Please help me

I’m wondering if the compressor is unplugged by chance.

It plugs into the coil capacitor on the side of the block, see below.
