USAA does, and so did Allstate when I was with them. Go to your web sites under coverage, it's one of the questions they ask about your vehicle.I didn't know insurance companies offered a discount for day time driving lights.

I would do it without the discount. If there is one vehicle they look good on, it's a Jeep. The discount better be good lol
what is the problem with hood vents im not talking about hp or go fast im thinking about getting the hot air out of the enging compartmentDual steering stabilizers
Expensive steering stabilizers
Mufflers
185 degree thermostats
Hood vents for the purpose of trying to help engine cooling (not keeping under hood temps down)
Why do you need to take hot air out of the engine compartment, may I ask?im thinking about getting the hot air out of the enging compartment

As effective as angry eyes.what is the problem with hood vents im not talking about hp or go fast im thinking about getting the hot air out of the enging compartment
Maybe in the short term. Heat breaks down and degrades many things over time. There is no argument against that. Releasing heat from the engine bay will have long term benefits. As effective as angry eyes.
Agreed on the hood vents. I have them on my TJ for the purposes of cooling the engine BAY, yet the number of times I’ve had to explain to people that they don’t do a damn thing for the actual engine running temp is too damn high.Dual steering stabilizers

I’ve heard the “wife delete mod” frees up a ton of time.I ended up installing the DEI fuel rail and injector insulation kit, and so far this summer I haven’t had the heat soak issues that I’ve had in the past (even after adding the insulator to injector number three per the TSB, and injector four as additional protection).
I would prefer to add the vents too, but my wife doesn’t like the look. Oh well, only so much that I can do.
Ha! You thought Jeeps were expensive! Try Divorce!I’ve heard the “wife delete mod” frees up a ton of time.
Expensive though...
I installed these louvres on mine a month ago.Anyone have pics of their hood vents?
I think I may actually need them because I am adding a front cargo carrier with hitch this week. I think opening up the hood with vents will allow for easier air flow thru the engine bay when I carry a big cooler up front.
The are the best louvers, imo.I installed these louvres on mine a month ago.
