In My 2004 tj (4.0 5 speed) in what i am presuming to be my transmission whines in the first second and third gears, i cant tell whether or not 4th and 5th do the same due to road noise. The sound doesnt persist in neutral or with the clutch in. The jeep only has 36,000 miles and to my understanding sat in a garage for alot of its first 12 years so im thinking maybe i have some bearings that sat for to long. Any ideas?
