Stick to it is all I can say... As a certified personal trainer, nutrition expert and amateur figure competitor, I can tell you that it's all about making it a lifestyle.
I'm just trying to drop a few before the Riviera Maya in a couple of weeks..... I typically just cut out beer and carbs and can drop about 15#. I'm getting a late start on quitting those couple of items though...lol. I might be the "beer belly dude" out on the beach.
