Why are there different torque spec for axle side vs frame side lower control arm bolts?

I think they are both 14mm bolts. My manual says 85 ft-lb on the axle side and 130 ft-lb on the frame side. That is a pretty big difference! What gives??

I thought the general idea with a bolted connection is to use the recommended torque setting for the specific bolt diameter and grade to ensure proper tension and clamping force. This seems to go against that.

Interestingly, it says 130 ft-lb for both sides on the rear lower control arms.

My only guess is the lower torque number for factory installed cam bolts (which I don't have btw) but the manual doesn't mention anything about that.

Side note: I replaced all the 14mm bolts with 9/16" gr. 8 for cost savings and parts availability.
