Wife's BMW flooded

The wife and I over a 35yr period have totaled a staggering 7 vehicles and with full coverage, you often make out pretty well.

My TJ would definitely be an exception.

It should be fine. That waterline isnt very high at all. Beemers are packed with electronics, but nothing important is mounted that low.

If water got inside, remove the rug, disconnect the battery and leave the doors open. Check the fluids (oil, trans, diff) to see if any water got in, and change it if it did.

You'll be fine.

BMW absolutely LOVES to put control modules that low! Under the carpet in the lowest areas possible. And what's your definition of important? Being that everything is controlled on CAN busses pretty much everything is important because if one thing fails and takes down the bus then nothing works! Not to mention you'll probably have at least one shorted control unit that will cause a battery draw. Let the insurance total it, take the money and run!
