I'm messing with my laptop trying to get HPT software to recognize my WideBand O2 sensor so I can do some data logging for Ryan.

Good grief I'm glad I don't do that often.
Got the rear tires remounted and all the lugnuts torqued down to 100 lb ft.

Things left to accomplish prior to the road test is put the passenger seat back in.
Adjust the hood pins.

Give it another hour or two and I'll be driving it I hope .

Finally figured out the HPTuners software and was able to get the wideband O2 sensor reading like it should.

Last thing to do now is get the hood pins adjusted to latch the hood.

Just felt I'd share... got to go change my foot for driving the Jeep since the Sport foot seems to fit better for my style of articulating the GO pedal.

Hood pins adjusted. I'm not liking this fiberglass hood as much anymore. I think I'm going to put the steel hood back on.

Be more trouble to take the hood off than getting the hood pins adjusted for the hood to close....

Made it to the end of the driveway...
Then brought it back up to the garage .

Swept the floor before bringing it inside... guess it didn't like the clean floor.

Found the problem after just a little looking.

About the same time that hose let go this one blew out also.......

I think that hose isn't rated for 150 PSI? Or I'm pushing it at 150 PSI. It's bypassed for now.

I'll make a new line for the Hydro-Vac return and start over again.

New Hydro-Vac return line made. Ran this one over the top of the reservoir bracket. The previous line had a sharp bend in it when I had it running under the bracket. Which is why I think it blew.

Got to relook at the brakes. They're still softer than I'd like.

Edit: I was mistaken, it wasn't the return line but the pressure line from the pump to the Hydro-Vac that blew.

That's odd a return line blew. Various pickups I've had with hydroboost used a hose clamp to keep them on.
I've had trouble with that style of fitting you're using on tractors. I kept fiddling around until they hold for some reason?
