I'll check mine, it's from before I was bornI have a shitty routing table from home Depot and it's not flat... So I actually had to clean up the table routing with a hand router lol

is there any common or standard for backers? is 3/16"x 2 enough or is 1/4" thick the minimum? is 3/8" better or overboard? For the thin backer plate on the rub rails, why not something wider, thicker (and aluminum) to add more strength and resist deforming the tub?
My thinking is to start with what Savvy does for their sliders and rub rails for inspiration.is there any common or standard for backers? is 3/16"x 2 enough or is 1/4" thick the minimum? is 3/8" better or overboard?

Does the backer bar fill the entire space under the tub rail? If I end up having to make my own, I would make the backer pretty wide and bring it up as high as I could to support the tub from the inside. That would be quite a bit of meat in addition to the corner armor..375x1.75 aluminum bar
made me go look. never dawned on me to just go look at what i had on there. i want an upgrade under the doorsill holding the rocker panels.
So measure the available space and buy the biggest available bar that will fit?Does the backer bar fill the entire space under the tub rail? it does not, i'm tight up to the bend but have another 1/2". i'd think 2.25" would be max any more might have to be trimmed.Does the backer bar fill the entire space under the tub rail? When I do my sliders, that is about what I will do.So measure the available space and buy the biggest available bar that will fit?
I remember watching MJ on television in 1969, Ed Sullivan show, and knew he was going to be big. My two favorite artists from the 80's were Michael Jackson and Prince. Both were definitely on the weird side, but the talent meter was pegged with them. The George Harrison "While my guitar gently weeps" tribute Prince did at the 2004 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, with Tom Petty, Steve Winwood, Jeff Lynne and others, is still my all time favorite tribute. Unbelievable guitar skills and he didn't get the recognition he really deserved!Oh man, I just watched that whole video. Say what you want about ole' MJ, but the man had talent.
Tossing the guitar and walking off was a major boss move.I remember watching MJ on television in 1969, Ed Sullivan show, and knew he was going to be big. When you play like that, you can make whatever moves you want!Tossing the guitar and walking off was a major boss move.
I did work with a guy who claimed to have used the urinal next to Prince at one of his earlier shows here. When you play like that, you can make whatever moves you want!
I got to take my mom for her birthday to see Prince when I was still at Clemson about 11 years ago. One of the best shows I’ve ever seen. He was the best.I did work with a guy who claimed to have used the urinal next to Prince at one of his earlier shows here.
I never got to see him but he’s definitely one of my favorite guitarists.
They say he used to go door to door with the jehovah witnesses but he never stopped at my house. I need to go see Paisley Park. We saw some of his stuff at the Super Bowl exhibits when the Super Bowl was here.I got to take my mom for her birthday to see Prince when I was still at Clemson about 11 years ago. I’ve seen probably 500 concerts and that one remains in the top 5. He changed outfits prob 7-8 times. He would medley 2-3 of his hits together as a time so you got the hooks and chorus of all the popular stuff and the rest was a straight up rock and roll dance party. It was so much fun. They say he used to go door to door with the jehovah witnesses but he never stopped at my house. I need to go see Paisley Park.
