Will a Brown Dog or M.O.R.E. MML (Motor Mount Lift) help with reducing gear lash?

I'm not talking about backlash.. While in 4 Low, I can hear (and feel) the torque of the motor rock the trans side to side. While I understand gear lash is normal, especially on manual Jeeps, just looking for ways to decrease drive train slack...

transfer case was rebuilt recently. New rear driveshaft. Front driveshaft U-joints replaced. gearset BL was checked recently. New transmission mount.

IF the motor mounts are the originals they are probably due to be replaced.
With the emergency brake ON; have someone watch the engine while you are engaging the clutch to see if the motor torques over excessively.
The MORE motor mounts will transmit some engine vibrations, but they are far more durable than the factory mounts.
I replaced the mounts on my '98 XJ 4.0L with the MORE soft poly mounts and they have worked well for more than 15 years.

Engine mounts are new but are energy suspension. I've seen pictures of these failed...
