If you're good at sheet metal work you'd be fine. If not, it would be expensive to pay someone to do that work. And I don't think there are any "kits" out there for that kind of swap.

My garage baby.
I was told the Vararam Air Grabber wouldn't work on my year Dodge Ram and would have to get the Vararam Hemi Under Glass of which I hate the look.
With much enthusiasm I decided I was gonna make one work, and I did.
It took a shit-load of re-engineering, but it was worth it.
Then I made a removable snorkel to top it off.
Now I'm working on "stage 3" which is a functional 6 pack hood scoop.
The 6 pack scoop will have operational aluminum butterflies operated by a linear actuator to open and close the butterflies in tandem during pouring down rain. The snorkel will stay in place to act as a second source of air when the scoop is closed.
Anything is possible, I wasn't being flippant about it?

Nice job! That looks real good. Is that an '05?

I wasn't sure, I've got an '06 2500 diesel, and I like our body style, but I have a hard time figuring out the year models from the headlight setup.

Sweet lookin truck.
Nice, you have the same body style as mine, but the different style headlights.
I think our trucks have the best looking body style of any year Dodge Rams, the designers just hit it those years.
I intentionally seeked out a regular cab with this body style when I was looking.
