Will the transfer case drop kit effect my rear driveshaft length?

So I have installed a RE short arm 4.5" on my 05 wrangler and the previous owner had a substantial lift that would have required the SYE / DS or T case drop kit. Unfortunately the previous owner went with a t case drop kit, I went ahead and ordered the Tom woods rear DS and advanced adapters SYE kit.. while I measured the length that tom woods required for the rear DS I forgot about the T case drop kit. So the question is, when I made the measurement for my Tom Woods DS did my Transfer case drop have any effect on that length I measured for my drive shaft? Thank you in advanced!

Side note:
- I have the custom DS from Tom Woods and AA SYE kit now
-The T case drop kit looks to be an 1"??
- 2005 wrangler / RE short arm 4.5" / 35" Yokohama Geolander
- Previous Lift was a Pro Comp 3.5"-4"

I would guess (haven't done geometry figuring in years) going from a drop to a tuck would change the shaft length by about an inch or so. Your new shaft has more than that amount of adjustment. But to know for sure, call them up and give them as accurate as possible the amount of drop to the amount of tuck. They are the ones to listen to on this.👍
