They ride like a truck. The ride is better with a load on them.
Ok, my fault, let me rephrase that...
Being a cab over and never having ridden/driven something like that before, is driving/riding different
than a regular cab, hood forward vehicle?

You have a great view of the road...but yeah, the first corner you take with the steering wheels under your butt is strange. You get used to it pretty quick though.
