Wiring Connector Help

Hey guys, I need some help. I am finishing up the wiring on my Jeep, and on the driver's side there is a connector for who knows what. Anybody know what it's for? Google didn't help.

Where is the horn?

Yeah, I just through about that when I went through the fuse box. I took the entire jeep apart. Still working on it.
