Wrangler or Sahara

I need some help making a decision my wife wants a jeep should I get a 2014 wrangler unlimited sport 41000 miles for 26 k
Or
2010 Sahara 60000 miles for 25k has bigger tires suspension etc

I believe the 2013 and newer JKs have the better engines. If I recall correctly the 2010 engine was the same as to what was put in the Chrysler/Dodge minivans. No low end torque.

I would also think that your wife might appreciate a stock jeep to start with. Then if you want to lift it and put bigger tires on it then you are the one doing it. That way you know you'll get it done right.

Only buy a 2011+. The Pentastar engine in the 2011+ models is a HUGE improvement over the shitty 3.8 minivan engine found in the 2007-2010 models.

Thank you , the 2010 although whoever had it made it real pretty but it was a dog , so yes 2011 plus is what I will get thanks again

I pretty sure the 2012 wrangler was the first year for the 3.6 pentastar.
I have the 3.6 in my 2014 Dodge Journey and it has plenty of power, but not nearly as simple to work on as a 4.0 in my TJ.

I think you should get your wife a 2006 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with low miles. Not only will the price be significantly less but it's also a lot cooler!
