YJ style sport bar on a TJ?

The YJ sport bar looks so much better than the TJ sport bar, that's for sure.

Of course I understand why they did it, as the YJ bar wouldn't be safe for passengers in the back. But if you aren't going to have passengers, then I think the YJ style bar would look great in a TJ.

I think it would be more accurate to call it the CJ roll bar.

The 1991 - 1995 YJ used the same style roll bar as the TJ. It was changed to allow for the rear shoulder belts to be mounted.

Love the CJ look. Here's a custom one I found. They did the rollbar and the tailgate.

Just some 1/8th wall 2 inch pipe. Cutting the angles before welding was a little bit tricky, but I think it turned out pretty slick.
